The Marble Program

This policy explains what The Marble Program (“we,” “us”) collects through marbleprogram.com and our internal YouTube reporting tool, and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
Information we collect on this website
- Information you send us. If you email us, book an appointment, or fill out a form, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and standard server logs. These may record things like pages visited, browser type, approximate location, and referring site. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- Cookies. The site and its analytics tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Our internal YouTube reporting tool
We run a small internal application (Google Cloud project “marble-youtube-api”) that connects to the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. It is used only by the owner of The Marble Program YouTube channel (@TheMarbleProgram) to view that channel’s own data.
- It requests read-only access to the channel’s own information, videos, and analytics (for example views, watch time, and subscriber counts).
- It does not post, edit, delete, or upload anything on YouTube.
- It is not offered to the public and does not access other people’s YouTube accounts.
- Data it retrieves is used only for the channel owner’s own reporting and planning. It is stored only as needed for that purpose and can be deleted at any time.
- Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions.
How we use information
We use information to respond to you, provide and schedule services you request, run and improve the site, and produce internal channel reports.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their advertising.
- We share information only with service providers that help run the site (such as our web host and Google), or when required by law.
Health information
Please don’t send sensitive medical details through website forms or email unless needed. Email is not a fully secure channel.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve given us by emailing us at the address below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
